Spring, Inc. provides mentoring, coaching and counseling to single parents and their families. Seminars, workshops, and conferences are conducted for groups, members of a congregations and leaders. Spring also assists churches, organizations and community agencies in creating or enhancing single parent support group and ministries. Spring aims to work with others in fullfiling the Great Commission (Mt 28:19), that is building disciples, which includes single parents and their children.

As an ordained minister, she was selected as one of the women ministry consultants in the United Church of Christ (UCC). She serves over 219 churches in the Southern Region consisting of ten states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. In this capacity, she provides spiritual leadership for more than 20,000 women. Also, she serves an associate pastor of Maple Temple UCC, Raleigh, NC, where she chairs the executive council board and women ministry.

    This is Yolanda. I read some of your stuff I enjoy it I listen to some of your cd but I didnt finish listeing to but I will though. I am single parent its still hard for me I feel like some times runnig away and never coming back but I tell myself to never to give up. I am a strong black women and I got to show my daughter that also.

      It is hard Yolanda. It is good you have your daughter to remind you that you are a strong black woman. Remember to balance your life, which includes resting. Do you have a support group?
